I ordered centre caps showing the 2010 logo, but received the 1998 version instead. The seller admitted they came from a different supplier and said: “I won’t have exactly the same.” They offered a refund but haven’t sent a return label or replied since.
My original review was removed, yet the listing still shows the 2010 logo with “only 3 sets available.” I’ve since bought the correct version from another seller — cheaper, accurate, and delivered quickly.
I’ve given reasonable time and made multiple attempts to resolve this. Under UK consumer law, goods must match their description. This review reflects my genuine experience.
